I know exactly how it feels to have back pain that makes you feel like not wanting to move. To be frustrated by the constant stiffness in your body and thinking that it’s just a part of life. Well I’m here to tell you, it may be a part of life but it may NOT be something we have to carry for our entire life!

Stiffness, lack of range of motion, lack of full body engagement causing the body to compensate could be one of the main reasons for these discomforts.

Learn some new cues that engage the body to produce a more productive outcome!!

What you’ll learn…

Module 1: The Foundation: 
After going through module 1 you will get a better understanding as to why the discomfort and lack of range of motion have developed in your body and feel better knowing there is an answer to why you’re experiencing these pains. 


Module 2: Posture 
Understand how to have less pressure on your joints resulting in managed pain and discomfort and learn how to correct your posture so you’re able to move more freely in your body. 


Module 3: Find The Restriction In Your Body 
 Explaining why we have some of these pains and discomfort in the lower back and neck and other areas. We will view Meca back video, which will explain about why there is constant compression and irritation to the lower back. We will also address what I feel may be contributing to why alot of joints are experiencing discomfort.


Module 4: Nutrition 
In this segment, we will be learning about ways to support our system nutritionally 
We will address foods that support & increase our energy & foods that reduce our energy and cause things like foggy brain, fatigue, inflammation, that slow us down.

John J Rosario  a Graduate of Dovestar Institute, has been practicing bodywork for 25 + Yrs.  Massachusetts State Licensed Massage Therapist.  Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP),  Member of Maya Abdominal Massage Association (MAMA), Biological Medicine Consultant. Massage modalities include relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial, sports, structural alignment, proper posture, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Shamanic Energy healing & more.
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach , Certified personal fitness trainer and Certified MECA Back Instructor with 30+ years of exercise training including Nautilus. An athlete since childhood, playing baseball, football, basketball, hockey, squash, racquetball, tennis, golf, swimming, kayaking, hiking, skiing(water & snow), tried snowboarding, bowling, martial arts, tai chi, yoga, Pilates,....just to name a few.
Training in several modalities enables me to tailor treatments based on individual needs. My interest in the study of the healing arts continues to grow. I practice what I preach, receiving treatment on a regular basis so that I may be able to better serve!!

Prior to entering the Health & Wellness field, starting in my teens, I worked with my father, learning refrigeration and air conditioning. I attended college, majoring in engineering, though I was very intrigued with it all, I got overwhelmed with taking to many major coarse's at once and ended up joining the Air Force to become a missile facility technician, maintaining the underground missile silos. Leaving the Air Force after 2 yrs, I trained as a machinist at Boeing Air Craft in Kansas. 2 months later to find out I was allergic to latex gloves and had to leave.  Back to home, I continued in the refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing & heating, appliance repair field till I was 35. At that point, major transition to the Health & Wellness field. I found My Calling!!!
